We are extremely excited to announce the news of “Baby Davis” joining our family in the middle of December 2005. On April Fools Day our Home Pregnancy Test turned pink! We were very shocked and happy (wewere planning it!) and went out and purchased some baby books from Borders the next day! We told all of our parents a week later and slowly started telling our extended family and friends after that.
– No, we won’t be finding out the sex of the baby until s/he decides to make their grand entrance. (Justin’s choice, of course! If I had my way, I would know right now!)
– Yes, Justin desperately wants a boy. If you ask him, he will tell you it will be a boy. (The best thing you can do is tell him you are having girl vibes! He will smack you! hehe)
– No, I don’t have a preference! I can imagine myself with a baby boy or a girl and oddly enough, I really don’t care which one it will be! 🙂 I really don’t!
– Yes, we have names picked out already. Griffin Scott or Samantha Leigh.
– No, I don’t have morning sickness. Crazy, huh? I did have constant cramping for the first 10 weeks which was driving me crazy. Thankfully it has tapered off a bit.
– Yes, we will probably have a play pen in the office. 🙂 Someone has to teach the baby how to type! Ok, just kidding…
Yes, the Grandparents (ALL of them!) are extremely excited and happy! We are all turning into ‘baby talkers’ which means we basically talk about all things related to babies allll the time. We are turning into boring baby people! Help!
Anyway, thank you for your good thoughts! We are so happy and can’t wait for December to come around. Things are proceeding *very* slow and now we are just waiting to hear the heartbeat on May 26, 2005.
